Take proactive steps to combat racism and promote racial equity within your organization.
Racism is deeply entrenched in Canadian institutions, policies, and practices. Nova Scotia has a unique history with racism that requires unique and tailored approaches to address with accuracy and care. Our approach is grounded in this understanding.
